Job Description

Cleans, washes, moves, puts away, and prepares for use equipment and material supplies in the kitchen.

 

Job Requirements

Greets customers, guests, and employees in a friendly and courteous manner.  Washes dishes according to procedure.  Washes bus tubs and other equipment according to procedure.  Presoaks items to be washed as required.  Sweeps and mops floors as required.  Picks up and empties all garbage and trash as required.
